Beijing-based real estate developer SOHO China (410.HK) has exceeded total sales revenue of RMB 2 billion in 2009, linkmall.cn reported Tuesday. SOHO China recorded revenue of RMB 635 million from its project in Beijing's Zhongguancun area on May 8, the first day of sales, and RMB 1.32 billion in the first quarter from its Sanlitun area project, also in Beijing. SOHO China earned RMB 7.7 billion from pre-sales in 2008, including RMB 6.92 billion from the Sanlitun project.
