DUTCH chemicals company Royal DSM NV agreed with North China Pharmaceutical Group Corp yesterday to establish three joint ventures for nutrition products and anti-infectives in China. DSM will also make a strategic investment in North China by acquiring a minority stake of close to 10 percent.

The total cash investment by DSM will amount to about US$110 million for the deals, the company said.
