Hangzhou-based telecom equipment provider H3C (formerly Huawei 3Com) signed sales contracts worth nearly RMB 10 billion in 2008, up 15-fold since it was established in 2003, reports Sohu. The company had 587 core clients in 2008, each representing more than RMB 5 million of business, compared to 280 clients generating RMB 2.4 million each in 2004. H3C aims to make 70%, 20%, 10% of its future revenue from hardware, software and service, respectively. Company sales contract totaled more than RMB 8 billion in 2007.
