India's "Business Standard" reports that WiMAX solutions developer Alvarion Ltd. (Nasdaq: ALVR; TASE: ALVR) is one of the three finalists in a WiMAX tender of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd. (BVSNL). The two other finalists are Telsima Corporation of the US and Huawei Technologies Co. Ltd of China. The winner will be announced this week.
