Hisense Kelon Electrical Hldngs Co., Ltd announced that it has received the paper of civil judgment (Fo Zhong Fa Min Er Chu Zi No.178 (2006)) from the Intermediate People’s Court of Foshan City, Guangdong Province (the Foshan Intermediate Court) on March 2, 2009. Foshan Intermediate Court delivered the judgment on an action initiated by the Company’s Hubei Branch against Guangdong Greencool Enterprise Development Company Limited, Gu Chu Jun and Wuhan Changrong Electrical Appliance Company Limited relating to disputes on their infringement. According to the judgment, Foshan Intermediate Court agreed that the Company’s Hubei Branch Company should withdraw its petition due to insufficient evidence.
