Wisesoft Co. Ltd., announced that it will pay a cash dividend of RMB 5 (pre-tax) to every ten shares and use its additional paid-in capital to fund an issue of two shares to every ten shares to all shareholders for the year ended December 31, 2008. The Company also announced that it has appointed Ms. Yang Shizhen as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in the Company, replacing Mr. Zheng Nianxin, effective February 26, 2009.
