Zhuhai Zhongfu Enterprise Company Ltd announced the resignation of Chairman of the Board, Mr. Chan Ben, effective from February 26, 2009. Mr. Ho Chi Kit, the Vice Chairman of the Board, will be serving as the Acting Chairman of the Board till the election of new Chairman of the Board.
