Shanghai Broadband Technology Co., Ltd announced that its Board of Directors has decided neither to distribute earnings for the fiscal year 2008, nor to use additional paid-in capital to issue new shares to shareholders. Besides, the Company also appointed Mr. Li Jiankang as Chief Financial Officer in the Company, effective February 18, 2009.
