Tangshan Jidong Cement Co., Ltd. announced that the Company will invest RMB 5 million to establish a Baoding-based cement company and RMB 25 million to establish a Yantai-based cement company. Both said companies will be engaged to constructing a production line with daily production of 4,500 tons of cement and power generation project. The Company has also decided to cancel the project with total investment of RMB 690 million to establish a cement company with registered capital of RMB 250 million. The Company also announced that it will cooperate with a Shanxi-based cement company to form a joint venture with registered capital of RMB 367,959,500, in which the Company will contribute RMB 294,367,600 to hold a 80% stake.
