Shanghai-based in-taxi digital screen advertiser Touchmedia and smart phone maker Dopod's Wuhan subsidiary were ordered to pay a total of RMB 50,000 in psychological compensation to Sina (Nasdaq:SINA) blogger Liu Yijun, a.k.a. Acosta, by the Beijing Chaoyang District Court on Thursday, reports Beijing Times. Liu sued Touchmedia and the Dopod subsidiary in August for RMB 1 million after he discovered Dopod inserted photos from his Sina blog into a phone advertisement broadcast on Touchmedia's network without his permission. At the time, Acosta was ranked as Sina's third most popular blogger with 191 million views.
