Beihai Gofar Marine Biological Industry announced that it has received five verdicts from Intermediate People's Court of Beihai and Intermediate People's Court of Yinhai District in Beihai, regarding five lawsuits filed by Beihai Branch of Bank of Communications, Guizhou Changzheng Electric Co Ltd and Yinhe Group, Beihai Branch of Bank of China, and Beihai Branch of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China against the Company, due to loan disputes. According to verdicts, the courts have frozen parts of the Company's properties.
