Fangda Carbon New Material Co., Ltd. announced that it will distribute a cash dividend of RMB 2.46 (before tax) for every 10 shares held by shareholders. The Company also announced that it has appointed Mr. Wang Qijun as the new Chief Financial Officer of the Company, effective from January 21, 2009.
