Chongqing Tong Jun Ge Co., Ltd announced that it plans to purchase 15.35 million shares, or a 59.04% stake, of Sichuan Tiancheng Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. at a price of RMB 4.5 per share or totally RMB 69.075 million.
