China Satcom Guomai Communications Co announced that its controlling shareholder, China Satellite Communications Corporation (China Satcom), will transfer the 50.02% stake, or 200,764,934 shares, in the Company to China Telecommunications Corporation (China Telecom), due to the combination plan between China Satcom and China Telecom.
