On November 21, 2008, Mr. Chen Lei, Minister of Water Resources met with Mr. Anthony Frank, President of Colorado University of USA. He also presented at the signing ceremony of International Memorandum of Understanding between China Institute of Water Resources and Hydropower Research and Colorado State University of USA.

The MOU signed between China Institute of Water Resources and Hydropower Research and Colorado State University of USA shall be an opportunity for furthering cooperation and exchange of the two parties in safeguarding ecology, water and food and sustainable development of our economy and society.
