Shenzhen Development Bank Co., Ltd. announced that it has signed new settlement agreement with Beijing Beida Jade Bird Company (Company A), a Beijing-based real estate company (Company B), and another Beijing-based real estate company (Company C), regarding the loan disputes. According to the agreement, Company C should pay RMB 1 billion to the Company, the Company will retreat the lawsuit filed in Supreme People's Court of Beijing, and provide a loan of RMB 800 million to Company A.
