Jiangsu Yuyue Medical Equipment & Supply announced that it plans to establish a joint venture, a Jiangsu-based medical equipment, with a Yancheng-based clinical thermometer company. The registered capital of the new company will be RMB 16 million, in which the Company will hold a 60% stake, while the Yancheng-based clinical thermometer company will hold a 40% stake.
