Shenzhen Development Bank Co., Ltd. announced that it has signed a debt settlement agreement with three Beijing-based companies regarding the debt dispute. According to the agreement, one of the three companies, a Beijing-based real estate development is required to pay the Company RMB 1 billion and the Company will withdraw the lawsuit in five days after the payment date.
