Beijing Bewinner Communications Co., Ltd announced that it will distribute a cash dividend of RMB 2 for every 10 shares on May 16, 2008 and use its additional paid-in capital to issue new shares with a ratio of every 10 shares to be given five new ones to all shareholders of record on May 5, 2008. These shares will trade ex-dividend and ex-right on May 16, 2008.
