Zhejiang NetSun Co., Ltd. announced that it expects the net profit for the first half of fiscal 2008 to increase by less than 30%, compared to that of fiscal 2007 (RMB 19,058,505.58). The Company also announced that its Board of Directors has approved the yearly cash dividend of RMB 0.1 per share (before tax) for the year ended December 31, 2007. The Company will also use additional paid in capital to issue new shares to shareholders, with a ratio of every 10 shares to be given five new shares.
