Jilin Leading Technology Development Co announced that the Company and a Beijing-based biology institute will establish a joint venture with a registered capital of RMB 20 million, in which the Company will contribute RMB 15 million and acquire a 75% stake. The new entity will be mainly engaged in biological engineering.
