Shanghai No.1 Pharmacy Co., Ltd. announced that it has received three civil verdicts from the Nanjing Intermediate People's Court, regarding the lawsuit filed by Nanjing Chengbei Sub-branch of Agricultural Bank of China against the Company. According to the verdicts, 6,538,462 shares of a engineering technology company held by the Company will be frozen from December 4, 2007 to December 3, 2008, equity shares in five other companies held by the Company will be frozen from December 5, 2007 to December 4, 2008, and a bank account of RMB 80 million will be frozen from December 5, 2007 to June 4, 2008.
