Reuters reported that Topchoice Medical Investment Co Ltd, has signed a strategic framework agreement with South Korea's Ye Medical Investment Holdings Co Ltd to jointly develop oral care business in China. The two partners will set up a joint venture named Tongche Medical Management Co Ltd, and it will later take in strategic investors with strong international medical management experience. The two companies will also carry out cooperation in several areas, including brand management and production research according to the agreement.
