Topchoice Medical Corporation announced that it has acquired 45% and 25% stakes in Ningbo Stomatology Hospital from two natural persons, Zhao Shuo and Zhu Bin, for RMB 5.625 million and RMB 3.125 million, respectively. After the transactions, the Company, Zhao Shuo and Zhu Bin hold 70%, 20% and 10% stake in Ningbo Stomatology Hospital respectively.
