Nanjing Medical Company Limited announced that it will form a joint venture with Shanghai Fudan-Zhangjiang Bio-Pharm. Co to set up a Taizhou-based pharmaceutical company. The joint venture company will have a total investment of RMB 500 million, of which the Company will contribute RMB 150 million, representing a 30% stake.
