Shenzhen Development Bank Co., Ltd. announced that it has filed a lawsuit in the People's Court of Luohu District, Shenzhen (the Court), against Jinghua Times. The lawsuit alleged that the articles about the Company's 1.5 billion bank loans to some companies, published in Jinghua Times on January 16, 2006 and January 23, 2006, contained obvious biased opinions against the Company, twisted the facts and misguided the readers. The Company requested Jinghua Times to make apologies and compensate for the economic losses. The Court has not come up with any judgment for the case.
