Shenzhen Development Bank Co., Ltd. and GE Capital Finance (China) Co., Ltd. announced that they have entered into a five-year strategic cooperation agreement, on September 28, 2005, to develop consumer finance opportunities in China. Under terms of the agreement, GE Capital Finance (China) Co., Ltd. will cooperate with the Company to provide expertise in retail consumer finance, including operation expertise, risk management, product development, marketing and financing.
