Tomorrow Technology (SH.600091) announced that it had signed Equity Transference Agreement with Beijing Zhaode Property Co., Ltd and Lijiang Derun Realty Development Co., Ltd on Jan 14, 2009, and Tomorrow Technology acquired 100% equity of Lijiang Derun from Zhaode at the price of CNY350 million.
