CNAH Mulls Acquisition of East Star Airlines, Setting Foothold in T2 Cities

Brief Introduction:

Air China’s parent China National Aviation Holding Co (CNAH) is ready to set foothold in second-tier cities early this year. CNAH has already signed a letter of intention for transfer with East Star Airlines, said a senior official of CNAH. “We primarily plan to acquire 100 percent stake, but the establishment of a Wuhan subsidiary is yet to be discussed.”
