Despite the financial downturn, New Horizon Capital, a China-focused private equity firm, said it had raised US$1 billion for its third fund. The fundraising is forecast to be completed in the second quarter, part of which will be used on overseas projects, including the programs aiding Chinese enterprises go to international market.
