Intcera High Tech announced it will acquire a 10% stake in China Post Media for CNY28.8 million. The payment will be completed through issue of 360 million shares at price of CNY0.08 per share. China Post Media is an electronic trade platform of Xinyuan International Development under Guangdong Post.
