The shareholding subsidiary Wuhan Jianmin Venture Capital Co., Ltd has planned to sell the 8.46% of the shares that it held in Fujian Shunhua Property Co., Ltd to Fujian Shunhua Investment Development Co., Ltd, Wuhan Jianmin said in a statement. The negotiated share transfer price is CNY45.3 million. Upon completion of the deal, Wuhan Jianmin Venture Capital still holds 30% shares of Shunhua Property.
