Guangdong Electric Power Development Co., Ltd (Guangdong Electric Power) announced on December 23, 2008 in a statement that it plans to work with Guangdong Yuedean Group Co., Ltd to increase capital for Guangdong Yuedean Holding West Investment Co., Ltd (West Investment) according to their equity proportions respectively. On the basis of equity proportion of 26%, Guangdong Electric Power increased capital of CNY79.04 million to West Investment, of which, CNY14.3 million are the newly invested capital funds and CNY64.74 million are of capital fund investment converted from entrusted loans.
