China-Chile Economic and Trade Cooperation Forum, co-sponsored by China's Ministry of Commerce and Chile's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, was held in Beijing Shangri-La Hotel on April 14, 2008. The lawyers Liu Bozhen and Zhang Zhili from InvestToChina.com have been present on invitation.

It was reported that this China-Chile Economic and Trade Cooperation Forum aimed to deepen the dialogue and cooperation among enterprises of the two countries and expand business opportunities in the fields of investment and trade. More than 50 entrepreneurs from Chile attended the forum and the industries mainly covered infrastructure construction, finance, energy, mining, communications, tourism, electrical machinery, agriculture and fishery.
