Lawyer Fu Qiang, the partner of InvestToChina.com, will assume the office of chief counselor of DG Global Mining Pty Ltd in great China. Greg Kater, president of DG Global Mining Pty Ltd, signed the documents in Beijing on July 2, 2008.

It is reported that DG Global Mining Pty Ltd has provided C/C proposal on its new company in China founding a large-sized iron ore company, which includes A iron ore project, H iron ore project (in Queensland, Australia) and iron ore project in western Australia.

It is said that DG Global Mining Pty Ltd., a listed company in Australia, will assist the new comer China Investment Company (CIC) to obtain the selling right of its new company’s 80% iron ore products of above-mentioned projects and resources for long-term exploration.
